Hidden within the elegant setting of The College Hotel Amsterdam, Autograph Collection, designed by Piet Boon, our Bar & Lounge is a delightful place where guests are welcome at any time of the day. In a stylish and relaxed atmosphere, we serve breakfast, brunch, and dinner, with dishes ranging from light, fresh options to flavorful classics.
Throughout the day and into the evening, the Bar & Lounge is also a place to come together and enjoy a selection of wines, cocktails, and accompanying bites. We also offer an extensive Afternoon Tea featuring a selection of sweet and savory delicacies.

A la carte breakfast
Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, just the way you like it. Choose from an omelet, fried eggs, or scrambled eggs served with sourdough bread and toppings such as cheese, salmon, or bacon. Prefer something sweet? Try our pancakes with berries, French toast with banana, or oatmeal with honey and fresh fruit.

All day dining
Enjoy all day dining throughout the day with a delicious selection of ciabatta sandwiches, refined seafood dishes, crispy corn fritters with spicy sesame, and indulgent classics, including a Smash Burger with double beef, Old Amsterdam cheese and brioche.
The Deans Kitchen, by The College Hotel
The Deans Kitchen, by The College Hotel is the place where we shape the hospitality talents of the future. Here, we combine passion, craftsmanship, and creativity, giving students the opportunity to learn, lead, and excel in the kitchen, service, and management. The dishes you taste are not only the result of talent but also the dedication and vision of tomorrow’s chefs.
The restaurant is open Wednesday till Saturday, with the kitchen operating from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Enjoy a delicious three-course dinner for €32.50 per person.

Treat yourself to a delightful selection of savory snacks and sweet treats. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and an unforgettable culinary experience in our The College Bar & Lounge for €42,50 per person.
We offer two Afternoon Tea options: regular and vegetarian.
Please note that our Afternoon Tea contains nuts, gluten and dairy products. We cannot accommodate dietary requirements or allergies. This includes vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, sugar-free, diabetes-friendly, nut-free, cheese-free and halal options.

You can enjoy not only the stylish ambiance of our Bar & Lounge indoors, but also take a seat outside on the award-winning terrace in the beautiful, tranquil inner garden — a green oasis tucked away from the bustle of the city. Enjoy an extensive breakfast, a flavorful lunch, a glass of rosé, a refined High Tea with sweet and savory delicacies, or perfectly crafted cocktails in an intimate setting in the evening.
