Hidden within the elegant setting of The College Hotel Amsterdam, Autograph Collection, designed by Piet Boon, our Bar & Lounge is a delightful place where guests are welcome at any time of the day. In a stylish and relaxed atmosphere, we serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch, with dishes ranging from light, fresh options to flavorful classics.
Throughout the day and into the evening, the Bar & Lounge is also a place to come together and enjoy a selection of wines, cocktails, and accompanying bites.
We also offer an extensive High Tea featuring a selection of sweet and savory delicacies, both warm and cold, served with unlimited tea. For wine enthusiasts, we additionally serve a High Wine, where carefully selected wines are paired with matching culinary bites.

A la carte breakfast
Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, just the way you like it. Choose from an omelet, fried eggs, or scrambled eggs served with sourdough bread and toppings such as cheese, salmon, or bacon. Prefer something sweet? Try our pancakes with berries, French toast with banana, or oatmeal with honey and fresh fruit.

Lunch
Join us between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM for lunch and enjoy our generously filled sandwiches, fresh salads, and our signature The College Burger. Choose, for example, a classic Reuben with pastrami and sauerkraut, smoked salmon with lemon–chive cream cheese, or vitello tonnato with veal and tuna mayonnaise.
Prefer vegetarian? Opt for burrata with cherry tomatoes and basil, or grilled seasonal vegetables with hummus. We also serve refreshing salads, such as our burrata salad or a classic Caesar salad, with your choice of chicken, salmon, or avocado.
High Tea
Treat yourself to a delightful selection of savory snacks and sweet treats, perfectly paired with our exclusive teas from Tea Cultures. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and an unforgettable culinary experience in our The College Bar & Lounge for €39,50 per person.
Make it extra special: Celebrate in style with our balloon decoration service! For just €15, we’ll decorate your table with beautiful helium balloons. Mention this when making your reservation or contact us directly to arrange it.
High Wine
Are you a wine lover or do you enjoy discovering new flavors? Then choose our High Wine, featuring a selection of carefully chosen wines perfectly paired with matching bites such as oysters with Cava, mini meatballs with Garnacha, and chocolate truffles with Tawny Port.
