The Dean Amsterdam
The Dean is the place where we shape the hospitality talents of the future. Here, we combine passion, craftsmanship, and creativity, giving students the opportunity to learn, lead, and excel in the kitchen, service, and management. The dishes you taste are not only the result of talent but also the dedication and vision of tomorrow’s chefs.
Our doors are open daily, offering à la carte breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and lunch from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Whether you are looking for a freshly prepared morning start or a relaxing midday meal, our students craft each dish with care and attention.
In the evenings, the restaurant is open from Thursday to Monday, with the kitchen operating from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Enjoy a three-course dinner for €29.50 per person, or opt for a 4- or 5-course dinner or order from the à la carte menu, where each plate reflects the skills and creativity of our talented students.

The Dean is where passion, craftsmanship, and creativity come together to create a unique dining experience. Our talented students prepare every dish with care, giving you a taste of their skills and dedication in every bite.
In the evenings, you can enjoy a three-course dinner for €29.50 per person, or for a more personalized experience, choose from 3-, 4-, or 5-course dinners by reservation. If you prefer, our à la carte menu is available without reservation, allowing you to drop in and enjoy a delicious meal at your convenience.

Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast, just the way you like it. Choose from omelette, fried or scrambled eggs with sourdough bread and toppings like cheese, salmon, or bacon. Prefer something sweet? Try our pancakes with berries, French toast with banana, or oatmeal with honey and fresh fruit.

Come between 11:00 and 17:00 to enjoy fresh sandwiches, homemade soup, and seasonal specials. Perfect for a tasty and relaxing lunch.
