The Dean is the place where we shape the hospitality talents of the future. Here, we combine passion, craftsmanship, and creativity, giving students the opportunity to learn, lead, and excel in the kitchen, service, and management. The dishes you taste are not only the result of talent but also the dedication and vision of tomorrow’s chefs.
The restaurant is open Thursday till Monday, with the kitchen operating from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Enjoy a delicious three-course dinner for €32.50 per person, or opt for a 4- or 5-course experience, or choose from the à la carte menu. Each dish showcasing the skills and creativity of our talented students.
Honestly didn’t expect a student-led restaurant to deliver such top-notch service, but they completely blew me away.
